Fit to Fly Certificate

Some airlines will require a medical certificate from the health care provider. The certificate usually called The Medical Information Form or MEDIF.

Medical information form is a document that needs to be completed if a traveler requires medical assistance along the trip.

    Customers who need special assistance or medical clearance are required to submit a medical certificate using ANA’s designated Medical Information Form (MEDIF).

    flynas accepts expectant mothers for travel (without a doctor’s certificate) if your pregnancy is up to 32 weeks (inclusive). Between 32 weeks to 36 weeks of pregnancy you must provide a valid doctor’s certificate or MEDIF (Medical Information Form) at check-in. The MEDIF must be dated no less than 7 days before the date of your departure.

    Disabled passengers who need assistance during flight must be accompanied and notify in advance for special arrangements by cabin crew. Passengers with medical conditions not treated and stabilized, or passengers which conditions that can be aggravated during flight, must have medical clearance before flight reservation.
